Unfortunately you have chosen to play with a weakly licensed property. These operators function without appropriate licensing specifically so they do not have to adhere to the standards set out by regulatory authorities surrounding the protection of vulnerable players. As such, the chances of them deciding to take appropriate action in a case like this simply because we asked them to is vanishingly small.

If player chooses to play with weakly licensed, or unlicensed operators the protections they will offer against gambling addiction will be minimal. Our intervention won't change that.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding Megapari’s failure to enforce a self-exclusion request.

On 8 July 2025, I submitted a clear and explicit request to permanently self-exclude and close my account. The request included my account details and identification, and my intention to stop gambling was unequivocal.

Despite this:

• My account remained active for an extended period (several months)
• Deposits continued to be accepted during that time
• Gambling activity was allowed to continue
• Promotional communications were sent after the request

The account was only blocked in January 2026.

This complaint is not about general gambling losses.

It concerns the failure to implement a self-exclusion request without delay. A self-exclusion request is a protective measure intended to prevent further gambling activity, and allowing continued access defeats its purpose.

Additionally:

• I contacted the operator multiple times to enforce the closure
• I attempted to escalate the issue through their internal channels (Support, Block Team, Legal), but received no effective response
• The legal department never replied despite multiple direct emails

During the period after the self-exclusion request, total deposits exceeded a significant amount (six figures in USDT equivalent), yet no effective responsible gambling or enhanced due diligence measures were applied.

I would also like to highlight that similar cases involving Megapari have been previously reviewed by mediators, where delays in enforcing self-exclusion were considered unacceptable and grounds for compensation.

Given the above, I respectfully request a review of this case and a fair assessment of the losses incurred after the self-exclusion request.
